Liefde.cards provides a platform for creating and sending digital greeting cards. We offer both free and premium subscription tiers.

You must create an account to use our service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate registration information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Send spam, malicious content, or harassment
• Use the service for illegal activities
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the service
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

5. Content

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create. By using our service, you grant us a license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the service.

Public Content: If you mark a card as public, you grant us the right to display it in our gallery.

6. Premium Subscriptions

• Premium plans are billed monthly or yearly
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• 30-day money-back guarantee
• Cancel anytime from your account settings
• Refunds processed within 7-10 business days

7. Free Plan Limitations

Free accounts are limited to 10 cards per month. This limit resets on the first day of each month.

8. Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, logos, and branding are owned by Liefde.cards. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.

9. Disclaimers

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service availability
• Error-free operation
• Email delivery (though we try our best!)

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
